MY SERVICES

I am passionate about restringing rackets and try to provide the best service possible. I think it is important not to just put string in the racket but to take time to speak to the customer and find out how i can best provide for them, whether that be purely strings or a full racket customisation.

I am constantly looking to improve my ways and knowledge on the techniques of restringing and watch videos and discuss issues within stringing forums on a daily basis.

Restringing

This is the main service we offer, providing a quality restring and service mainly for Tennis rackets. We can also provide restringing for all racket sports. If you are unsure on what string you would like (there are many many options) we can advise you on what we think would suit you best.

Racket Maintenance

Additional services we can offer are replacing bumper guards and grommet strips, grips and overgrips, building up the grip base using a heat sleeve, butt cap replacement, adding lead tape and more.

Customisation and Racket Matching

If you have 2 rackets and want them to be identically matched, (they dont always leave the factorys 100% equal), we can match them so they have equal weight, swing weight, and balance point. As well as the strings being to your specificatins this will help you with less variables when using both rackets.

Customer Restring History

I keep a record of all string jobs done. Tension, String, Date, Dynamic Tension, plus many other options, this way i can give the customer exact information on whether they are due a restring or how to change the specifications of the racket to suit the customers ever changing requirements.

Fast Turnaround

I aim to complete rackets within 5 days. This is generally done before with most rackets finished within 1 or 2 days. However, if you want to guarantee the racket is ready for £3 more it will be finished and ready for collection by 5pm the next day.

Collection and Drop Off

If possible your racket can be collected from within the Coventry area, usually no more than a 5 mile radius. Please contact to see if this available to you. Alternatively you can drop the racket off at Warwick University Tennis Centre reception.
